I really trained hard for this race. I have NEVER been a strong runner, so this was a HUGE challenge for me. I ran every step and it felt so awesome!

This had to have been the most nerve racking expierence of my whole pageant. The interview process turned out to be my strongest area. A former Mrs. Wyoming told me I did very good. who would've thunk it?

Three years ago I decided to get my rear in gear and try something really radical, something that would challenge me and get me out of my little box I hide in (my house). What did I do? I decided to first run the Boulder Bolder (a 10K race) and then a few months later I decided to compete in the Mrs. Wyoming Pageant. My kids were 7, 5 and 4 at the time, so needless to say, I was swamped with kidlets. I never knew how much these two events would change my life and I am so glad that I did something different and challenged myself.
